It’s just a week before RIM unveils their newest Black Berry OS 10. But before its grand debut, leaks and photo are spreading fast and furious. BGR posted 100 photos of the new BlackBerry 10 platform. The images show everything from the setup of a new BlackBerry 10 device, to the settings menus, to the new home screens, to RIM’s Siri-like voice control system. However, the leaked photos doen’t give us the full details about its unannounced apps and how it will be like to actually use the operating system once it’s loaded with accounts and data.
The unveiling will happen on a major, multi-city event on January 30th along with the devices that will run with BB 10. Four major mobile carriers in the US already pledged to support the new platform once it is available. The anonymous source of BGR also told them that new devices will be lower than the usual $199 on-contract price that we see for most high-end smartphones these days.
This could be a major comeback for RIM or they downfall. We’ll see.
